The new designs are here! I can’t wait to share them with you!
I went LIVE last night on Facebook! It was so fun to chat with you, I had so many people tune in to hear about the creative process of each design and they even got a sneak peek at some new stationary I’m working on. I also had a giveaway to anyone who commented on the LIVE video, I’m giving away a free shirt to Stephanie Marie! Thanks for joining and I’ll contact you to get a shirt sent your way!

The first design I wanted to share with you is Fabric Fanatic. You’ll recall awhile back I had a blog post asking for advice on the wording. A lot of shirts say things like “fabric addict” or “fabric-aholic” but I really didn’t love using those terms because of the negative connotations that come with addiction. I liked the F and F sounds together!

This shirt comes in two colors, one is the heather clay (on the left) and one is heather emerald green. You can see my beautiful mother modeling the two below. The heather emerald green is a long sleeve triblend which means it has some nylon in the fabric as well to make the softest stretchiest shirt I’ve sold yet! The color in the pictures here are accurate, it can be hard to get a picture to look exactly like the shirt but this is it! Izzy (my mom’s new dog she adopted on Monday) made her debut as a model!

Anders also made his debut in the Etsy shop, mom wanted to pose with him while modeling the new “Grateful to be Grandma” shirt! This design was pretty hard for me, I went through MANY different ideas, I almost didn’t even print the shirt until the last minute and I’m so glad I did! This comes in a highly requested VNECK and a beautiful autumn colored sweatshirt (same brand as I always use) that is so cozy! I think these would be great for Thanksgiving! I wanted a shirt that had “grateful” or “thankful” and this is what I came up with!

The next shirt is for my quilters – Sew More, Worry Less is a sister shirt to the cross stitch shirt that says Stitch More, Worry Less which went over really well! This design also features a tomato pin cushion which was highly requested. I had to use some new skills to learn how to draw on my Adobe Illustrator program which was super fun! You’ll also hear in the live video, I printed these designs on a grey zip up hoodie as well but the zipper almost immediately started to get wavy before I even washed it so I don’t feel right selling those if the quality isn’t there. Thankfully it was just a sample and not a whole order!
I didn’t realize it until I got all of my pictures that I totally lean to the left when I’m posing for pictures! Anyway, the next two designs are super fun. I’ve had the small town big dreams design sitting on my computer for FOREVER because I couldn’t find the perfect shirt/ink combo until this beautiful Atlantic color caught my eye!

I really love wearing the minding my own small business shirt as well. It’s a super simple design and I got to use a font I’ve had but hadn’t found the perfect phrase to use it with! This is NOT a Bella + Canvas shirt as I normally use but it does run true to size! It’s a comfort colors shirt which is a little heavier weight fabric but feels like your old favorite tee on the first wear!

The last design is one you’ve seen before – I released the original design last November – Be Kind to Your Mind! I wanted to reprint this design so I made a poll on my instagram stories seeking some feedback to see what people liked or didn’t like – I came up with this! The heather olive is so so pretty and I’m really happy with how they turned out! The photo on the right is last year’s design and then the green is the updated version. I just love this new look! Shout out to Andrea from Indigo Studio for creating the floral artwork!

My most favorite part about this particular group of designs is that Carver helped me out photographing the pictures and was very interested in that process. He’s my biggest cheerleader when it comes to my small business. Every time there’s a sale my phone gets a notification and Carver gets so excited. He even took the last picture of me!
Thanks again to everyone who has ordered this round or in the past. When you support my small business, you’re supporting my family and a real actual human does a happy dance withe very order that comes in.
