Many times when I’m stumped on what to make for supper, I go to my mom’s blog! I wanted to share a Friedman Family Favorite recipe – it goes by several names in our house: hamburger bread, french bread pizza, beef stroganoff bread, etc.
Here is the link to the recipe on my mom’s blog: Beef Stroganoff Sandwich | Jo’s Country Junction (joscountryjunction.com)
I use the Walmart Bakery Bread for only $1/loaf. I also used some feta/garlic dip that was about to go bad in addition to cream cheese. I add a TON of mushrooms. I also added tomatoes and cilantro. It was SO GOOD and I got a little creative with the toppings. This is one of Craig’s favorite meals and it’s so easy to quickly throw together. Leftovers are awesome too!
Sorry for the super short and sweet blog post but I feel like this recipe speaks for itself! Let me know if you try it!
