PRESCHOOL GRADUATION!

Like I said, we’ve been BUSY around here – the boys have been too! We got to attend our first mask free/large crowd event on Thursday when Carver had “recognition night” or preschool graduation.

Those are his two teachers in the background, Carver will have them again next year. His teachers were PERFECT for Carver and I’m so excited he will be in their class again! Gannon and Georgia were also at preschool graduation and were SO NAUGHTY that Craig had to take over on Uncle Duty and hold baby Eli while we wrangled the ORIGINAL (OG) twins Gannon and Georgia. Just look at that twinkle in his eye. *sigh* two year olds…

Craig’s parents AND grandparents AND our favorite neighbors/nannies Kelli and Sofie also came! Carver had his entire entourage there to cheer him on! Afterwards, we had a party at our house to celebrate and Carver’s BFF Brody and his family came to play too! There they are having a picnic! It rained on and off all night but that didn’t stop the kids – they were all soaked and muddy and TIRED by the time it was bedtime. It was so fun watching them all play together!

We are so grateful for our village! It’s not common to make a big deal out of preschool graduation but we missed out on the past year of celebrations, birthdays, holidays without getting together so we appreciated and made a big deal out of recognition night. Plus, we want to encourage Carver and let him know that education is really important.

I wish I would have taken more pictures but this is all I have from the evening. No family pics, nothing more than pictured here. I made a point to be present with my guests and that means less pictures! Oh well!

Anywho, that’s a wrap! Carver is home for the Summer now and we will be so intentional of making sure he is working on writing his name and keeping up with the skills he developed at three year old preschool!

I know that Craig is holding Eli, but it took me a while to realize that your Mom was holding Gannon. He looks so grown up with his new haircut and “dress” clothes!!
