As you read this, I’m likely snoozing after night shift in the back of my mom’s car on the way to Thanksgiving with the fam! I warned all of my siblings that I’m taking plenty of pictures so DRESS ACCORDINGLY! There’s always that one annoying person with the camera (that’s me) but since my Dad died, they’ve come to appreciate my obsession with taking pictures because I had captured so many moments that would have otherwise slipped by.

Along with my photography skills, I’m bringing my green bean casserole (that I always bring everywhere), my signature cherry cheesecake, and the cranberry sauce (which is pretty much just a joke because I’m the only one who eats it!)

There is far too much to list all we are thankful for this Thanksgiving but please know that my readers and my customers are absolutely on that list. I’m thankful for you all whether you are a sometimes reader or an always reader.

I’m also thankful that it is safe for us to gather this holiday season. Last year at this time there were still so many unknowns and so much fear of accidentally infecting a loved one by unknowingly spreading COVID. I’m very thankful for the vaccine that has made it possible for us to get together. (I get my booster next week and I’m super excited!)

I’ve got most of the Christmas shopping already taken care of, Craig and I won’t exchange gifts as there’s a big push again this next month to pay off as much debt as we can before New Year! The boys are pretty darn easy to shop for and I straight up just asked my mom what she wanted and bought it already 🙂
