Gannon and Bathroom Update!

GUYS! So much good news in this post!

First of all, remember Gannon got anal Botox last week? It is WORKING! We have cut his laxative use IN HALF!! ???? His belly is SO SOFT and so flat – for the first time in his life, he looks like a normal kiddo ❤️ POOPING IS NOT PAINFUL FOR HIM! Hallelujah! ?

We have had two early access (some call it birth to three) meetings today and I fished over the progress Gannon has made in the last month! His personality has BLOSSOMED, he is using a few new words/signs, he will meow when he sees a kitty at Grandma Debbie’s house, she said he even said kitty! He says hi and mom and dad and hey and bye! These were all goals we discussed at his very first early access keystone meeting and he has met them ?

My mom and I were brainstorming what made the change and we really think that since he was in Milwaukee he has just grown so much. The ONLY thing we can think of that we changed is now he is on soy milk 90% of the time, still eats cheese, still occasionally has dairy based milk but mostly eats solid food and has 2-3 bottles a day of soy milk.

Also, Gannon likes peaches I guess ?‍♀️ ?
In the two seconds it took me to grab mushrooms, Gannon grabbed a peach off the shelf and CHOWED DOWN – ate the ENTIRE THING before we got to the checkout and made sure to pay for it ?‍♀️?‍♀️ As embarrassing as that was, it was the sweetest, cutest, most innocent act of theft I’ve ever witnessed.

Thank you for sticking with me through my IT glitches, my sister Kayla has launched a new business giving blogs a makeover and launching certain technology platforms for people. Kayla has entirely built my blog and organized my ads so shout out to her on her new business venture, Ms. Pins Media. The header issue *should* be fixed so if that caused you to miss my latest blog post, check it out in the link below. Please comment and let me know if it is still glitchy on your end.

Also, BATHROOM UPDATE! Slowly but surely, our bathroom vanity is being installed! EEK! We are so excited! Here’s a sneak peek:

BEFORE
in process (Carver pulled out the step stool)

I just cannot wait to have my full bathroom back again. Craig, so innocently, made the comment in how I’ve not been getting as dolled up lately (true) and I explained that my makeup and hair products are now in 8 different places! Everything is scattered and our downstairs bathroom is out of commission! We’ve got two bigger side cupboards, the mirror, the tile all to install yet but BABY STEPS are still steps!

That’s what I know! Short and sweet! Thanks for your love and support and patience friends!

The header issue is much better, personally I like to have my header move as I scroll up. but it’s an improvement over what was there before. Wonderful about Gannon’s bowels. Hope it helps for a long time

Same as Carolyn. The header is much smaller, but still stays in place. Your mom’s moves on up as I scroll to read so it “disappears “ until I scroll back down.

I was going to say the same thing. I prefer when the header moves up. I know where I am so I don’t need to see it the whole time I am trying to read the post. On my computer I only see 2/3 of the blog with the header that big. I can not see full photos at all. So glad to hear of the improvements. Looks like you are all on the right track.

I totally agree with the other 2 comments – prefer the header to move up as I scroll. Love your blog otherwise and so happy for Gannon’s progress.

The header issue is much better. I have been catching up now that I can read your blog. When I was young (I’m old now) I got carsick. My Mom gave me Dramamine. I did get much better as an adult. If I am not driving, I do have to watch the road. Can Gannon watch the road in his carseat?

I’m not having any problems with the blog at all.

I’m so glad that things are going better with Gannon. Good thing he didn’t try to flush Carver’s Crocs at Joey’s house!

I too like the header to move up as I scroll, but it’s definitely much better than it was a few days ago. It’s your blog and I can live with it as it is.

I guess it’s safe to say that Gannon really enjoyed that peach!

So glad to see Gannon is getting to be a happy little boy. He deserves it after all his medical trials.

SOOOOOO much to celebrate! Yea for Gannon. You and Craig are to be commended for your patience and diligence with his G&D.

I’m sure you are more anxious than we are to have that bathroom finished!

    Happy Thursday to you 🙂

Great new with Gannon! and how sneaky of him to grab a peach, for a peach of a kid. I really like Carvers mask, thank him for wearing it for all of us. Your bathroom is coming along nicely and that base cabinet looks great.

Yes! Gannon is precious! Grabbing and eating an entire peach is good for his digestion areas! Does he drink water? He is so good natured!! I’ll bet he’s pretty observant and a thinker. Maybe Carver can “read” some of the books he knows by heart. Gannon just might repeat a few words, etc. Rest and sing songs. More fun!
Bless you all, good luck with everything, & enjoy your pool!
Gloria from NE, CO, & TX. Whew!!

So glad to hear of Gannon’s progress!!! I would love it if the header disappeared as I scrolled down your page. I still can’t see whole pictures.

Good to read the medical update on Gannon. Maybe he is feeling better/more comfortable so he wants to blossom now 🙂 🙂 Love the picture of the boys. The peach and the mask. Carver might not have it on 100% but at his age, he is trying 🙂 🙂 🙂 Thank-you to you and him.
