A random conglomeration of happenings over the past week…

Hello? Hello!? Gannon is SO FUNNY! The other day he picked up the remote, held it to his ear, and starting yammering on and on. He gets his hearing rechecked tomorrow! I hope all goes well!

Remember when that senator told us that all nurses do is sit around and play cards? Well, Maureen Walsh….

I did a video last year about Maureen and her stupid comments… you can watch that here:

Gannon went on his first real walk/trip to the park the other night. I thought I had him bundled up well enough for the 40 degree weather but apparently not – he was not happy by the time we got home and did not love the swing at the park.

If you’re looking for a stroller for two, I LOVE our bravo for two. This has been a GOD SENT for us this past year – especially with all of the trekking around the hospital when my Dad had cancer. Gannon is finally big enough to actually sit in the front but up until this week, the seat Gannon is in can fold down and his Chicco infant carrier fits perfectly there. Caver has an option to either sit or stand on the back. If you have 2 kids under the age of 4 ish – YOU NEED THIS STROLLER! It is also super compact and folds up nicely. 10/10 recommend. I RESEARCHED double strollers hard core and this one gave me the right amount of bang for the buck.

I’ve got a fashion bug this week with a strong urge to clean out my entire closet and buy all new! I found this website onelovedbabe.com and I’m OBSESSED with the dresses! I can’t wait for wedding season to restock the closet! Ive started a summer fashion Pinterest board if you want to follow me @kalissageorgia!

I also found Corrine Monique – a plus sized/in betweener size fashion blogger and I’m totally vibing her summer looks! I jumped in and followed her just about everywhere I can! You can follow too at https://corrinemonique.com/

I had two sleepy boys. Carver was just snuggling on me while I was catching up on work on my lap top. A few minutes later, Carver had been pretty quiet and look what I found at 1100 am! Now if only he would have waited until…

Gannon fell asleep at 12:30 pm…*sigh* no rest or “me time” for this mama!

Look how big he looks! My sweet little baby Gannon is growing so fast! And the next day he fell asleep in his dinner…

Mom closed childcare last Thursday for who knows how long to prevent the spread of COVID19. Carver asks to see her all the time but we cant risk her health. I snapped this picture of her the last day I went to pick up the kids before we had any idea the corona virus was about to change life as we knew it.

Gannon was outside for a total of 22 seconds before I snatched this giant dead bug out of his hand, seconds away from putting it into his mouth! That boy can find the tiniest things and chew on them for forever. UGH! I’ve got to watch him like a hawk.

We had fun outside – it really was not warm enough to be barefoot but I went for it anyway:

Walmart WIN of the week – These. Are. Amazing. (and ready in just a few minutes!) Wings are like my love language/favorite food ever. Usually I prefer boneless but these are pretty great!

That’s all I have for today folks! Check back tomorrow!
